  • As a trusted advisor to organisations and leaders caught in conflicts with their employees, business partners, the Media, and even the authorities, Radhika has helped them navigate the crises and protect their reputations to the best extent possible.
  • As a trained Mediator today, Radhika has helped resolve several leadership conflicts, marital and property disputes, and organisational uprisings.
  • Radhika also does Inner Conflict Resolution for individual leaders and professionals, as she believes the source of many external conflicts, is the inner conflict of individuals.

A passionate believer and relentless proponent of Mediation and a Mediation mindset, Radhika has developed and implemented several training and sensitisation programmes.

  • Radhika has been a speaker at several industry forums and Mediation related events, including an International Bar Association (IBA) Conference in New Delhi.

  • Has been a guest faculty on Negotiations in Labour Disputes, for a Post-graduate Class at the Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Mumbai.

  • Held a Session on Inner Conflict Resolution, as part of the Aranda Series of Sage Mediation, Singapore.

  • Held a Session on Difficult Conversations for diverse leaders, at Ideas India, organised by the Aspen India Leadership Network.
